Patient Participation Group

Have your voice heard!

Join our Patient Participation Group

Our Patient Participation Group (PPG) is a team of volunteer patients who work closely with Kensington Partnership to help shape and improve our services.

The group offers valuable insight into what matters most to our patients, provides honest feedback and helps us understand the impact of the decisions we make from the patient perspective

Through regular meetings, the PPG ensures the patient voice is heard, supports new ideas, and plays a key role in how we continue to develop. If you’re interested in making a difference and helping us improve care for our community, we’d love you to get involved.

This is your Surgery, you do have a voice and maybe you do have ideas that would benefit the surgery and other patients and may help in the day to day running and by joining the Patient Participation Group you will have a genuine opportunity to be heard.

Up until me joining the group I thought it was run by a quorum of people who were quite dictatorial but I couldn’t have been more wrong. The management here are open and very willing to listen to any ideas I have and if I’m able to improve anything at the surgery I’m sure it would benefit all of us.

I’d encourage anyone to join us if they can spare a couple of hours a month, so put your name down and have your voice heard (you even get a free cuppa & biscuits).
